A companion app for the Buenos Aires subway: the live status of every line, station-by-station routes with closures and service notices, and a map of the whole network.
A personal project built end to end: app architecture and navigation, the open-data integration for line status and stations, the map layer, and release on both stores.
The journey planner for Dutch Railways: travellers plan a trip, save the routes they take every week, and follow live departure and platform changes as they travel.

Everyday banking for NN customers: account onboarding, card management, balances and payments including integration with iDEAL.
Built the onboarding journey for new NN Bank customers end to end, integrated iDEAL for in-app payments, and raised test coverage with unit tests and Detox end-to-end tests.
A membership app for Tommy Hilfiger shoppers: points and tier status, personal rewards, and a member pass that works at the till in store.
Owned the cross-platform build from the shared component library up, integrated the loyalty and rewards APIs, and set up the release pipeline for both stores.
A family saving and financial-literacy app: parents set goals and allowances, kids save toward them and learn through quizzes tied to real money.
Joined at kickoff as the first mobile engineer and laid the app's foundations, quality checks and release pipelines, including OTA updates. Took the app to the App Store and Google Play for the first time, and onboarded new engineers as the company grew to its first 100k downloads.
Before a line of code exists, I help refine the technical roadmap: what to build first, what it will realistically cost in time, and which foundations to build. That includes the groundwork for using agentic AI sustainably: the conventions, guardrails and review practices that let the team move faster with it without losing control of the codebase.
I get the app through review and into the hands of users on both the App Store and Google Play, with the tooling in place to monitor each release crashes, performance and adoption so the team learns from every version instead of guessing.
As the team and the codebase grow, I onboard and mentor new engineers, and put the quality practices in place: tests, review habits and monitoring that let the project keep moving quickly without accumulating the debt that slows it down.
